I am a BASI Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and I teach Yoga in a variety of styles.
What I teach,
BASI Comprehensive Pilates Instructor
I teach Pilates in the full complement of Pilates Equipment ( Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and other Auxiliary equipment ) including Mat Work.
Following the ten Principles of Pilates through the BASI Pilates approach, maintaining the essence of Joseph Pilates' work with a contemporary style.
My aim is to make each class engaging, uplifting and personalized to each student.
Yoga
I teach a variety of styles; Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin, Restorative.
Alignment, rhythmic movement, stretch and release.. No matter the focus of the class, my intention is to create a positive and safe environment and to make the practice interesting and fun.
Expect to move safely through creative sequences for an ever evolving practice.

A little about me,
I started practicing yoga and Pilates over 10 years ago and soon both practices became central in my life.
After years of practice, I trained to become a teacher.
Yoga has taught me the powerful link of the body and the mind through the breath. The way we move and breathe is intrinsically linked with how we participate in the world.
Through Pilates I found a stronger physical and psychological core, a sense of personal strength and empowerment.
Both practices have gifted me with wonderful friendships.
Community, connection, joy and presence in movement are things I believe in.
